Former Haitian President Jean-Claude Duvalier, nicknamed “Baby Doc”, died in Port-au-Prince at the age of 63 on Saturday, October 4, from a heart attack. Duvalier ruled Haiti from 1971 to 1986 until a popular uprising forced him to exile to France. Duvalier returned to Haiti in 2011.
